Meet the Jacksonville Team Behind Brennan Roofing Co Jacksonville
Every roof we work on in Jacksonville gets more than just materials and labor. It gets the same crew standards on every visit: background-checked, uniformed, and trained to follow one written process. We’re an independently owned roofing company, but we agreed to operate under a defined standard called The Garrison Standard. That means the person who answers your call and the person who climbs your ladder both answer to the same rules. Here’s who shows up when you call Brennan Roofing Co Jacksonville.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Travis Oakley, Owner
Travis runs Brennan Roofing Co Jacksonville with a simple rule: if the price isn’t on paper, the work doesn’t start. He’s been in Florida roofing long enough to know that a summer afternoon thunderstorm can turn a small leak into a ceiling collapse by dinner. Before joining the Garrison Partners family, he worked his way through crews doing tear-offs, repairs, and full replacements. He still walks roofs on estimates when the schedule allows. Travis is the one who signs off on the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and he doesn’t sign anything he wouldn’t stand behind himself.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been on Jacksonville roofs for over a decade. He specializes in flashing work and flat-roof detailing, which matters in Jacksonville where afternoon downpours test every seam around vents, skylights, and chimneys. Marcus is certified through manufacturer training programs for GAF and CertainTeed installation systems. He keeps a small notebook in his truck with measurements from every job he’s worked. Most of his week is spent on repairs and inspections, and he’s the first person we send when a homeowner calls about a leak they can’t find the source of.
Dana R., Senior Installer
Dana leads tear-off and replacement crews for Brennan Roofing Co Jacksonville. She started in roofing as a ground worker hauling shingles and moved up to running full installs about eight years ago. Her specialty is steep-slope work, and she’s known on the crew for keeping drip edge lines perfectly straight along fascia boards. Dana is meticulous about underlayment: she checks the nailing pattern twice before any shingle goes down. On weekends she restores old fishing boats, and she says the patience that takes comes in handy when a 1920s bungalow in Riverside has decking that’s seen better days.
Pete W., Service Coordinator
Pete is the voice on the phone when you call Brennan Roofing Co Jacksonville. He’s been coordinating roofing service calls in Jacksonville for six years. Pete is the one who makes sure a written price is ready before any technician heads to your home, and he confirms the appointment window with a live call, not an automated text. He worked as a roofing apprentice for three years before moving into the office, so when you describe water staining on a ceiling, he usually knows whether it sounds like a flashing problem or an underlayment issue. He’s got two retrievers and a habit of answering the phone on the second ring.
Leo M., Apprentice
Leo is our newest crew member and works under Marcus and Dana on both repairs and full replacements. He started with us after completing a roofing fundamentals course and has been with the company for about a year. Leo’s current focus is learning how to properly install and seal roof penetrations like vent pipes and exhaust flanges, which are the source of a lot of Jacksonville leak calls. He’s from the Arlington area and spent a summer doing carpentry before getting into roofing. Marcus says Leo asks the right questions before he touches anything on a roof, which is exactly what we want in an apprentice.
One Standard, Every Job
Every technician at Brennan Roofing Co Jacksonville works from the same playbook. We call it The Garrison Code: written pricing before any work starts, no exceptions. Background checks on every person we send to your door. Uniforms so you know who belongs on your property. And the 365-Day Done Right Promise spelled out in writing for one full year, with a free return visit if a repair or installation fails within that period. These aren’t suggestions. They’re the rules. When one of our people misses the mark, we fix it at no charge and we don’t argue about it. That’s what operating under The Garrison Standard means in practice, and it’s why our crew works as a unit instead of a rotating cast of subcontractors. Every roof gets the same standard, whether it’s a small repair in San Marco or a full replacement near the beaches.
